I'm definitely playing Vegas with my main account. It's nice to see that a very low energy player can make it through at least the first couple of tiers relatively easily. My main will never finish Bangkok, so it's nice to know Vegas doesn't have the same outrageous energy requirements (at least in the beginning). I will still be alternating playing Bangkok with my high energy farmer, though. Seems like giftable loot is still best in Bangkok, so I'll focus my main on Vegas and my farmer on Bangkok and I think it will work out nicely. And, it's definitely worth it considering how many skill points you can rack up rather quickly. So I will still work on Vegas with the energy accounts to get more skill points, but it won't be the focus.

Yeah, the message on fights is annoying, but at least a quick reload of that page fixes it easily. It's less bothersome than lots of the other bugs we've had to deal with.

I gave up on Bangkok for a while with my main. Vegas is worth it just for the skill points from completing level 1. My farmer went through almost the whole thing in a few days. Each level has 3-4 times the energy requirement of the lower one.

Vegas loot is now giftable but the good stuff drops randomly so you can't farm the way you normally do, 1 item at a time. Just pick a job you can serial level with your farmer, set repeat job to go and let it rip. You'll get a lot of garrbage with some great stuff thrown in.

Definitely worth it to get your farmer in. The drops are awful, but the jobs are cheap

i wish they'd implemented some of these changes back in cuba, so most people would be using balanced characters by now.

Once you go through with your farmer, send your extra consumables back to your main. It will save you some time and will give you something to do while you're waiting for the tournament timer.

Am I missing something with Vegas, I have done all the districts to level 1 but seem to be unable to go back and do Level 2 on any of them......that they way it is or am I missing something???

Yah, you missed something. You need to go through the fight, social and energy routes and make sure you catch every job. Then level 2 opens up. Use the little map as a guide.
